4.3 B2B Prospect Data: We acquire business contact information from our third-party partners for the purposes of sending marketing communications to individuals who we believe may be interested in our products or services.
We rely on Legitimate Interests as our legal basis for processing this data.
We use Lead Onion buyer intent tools to identify companies showing an interest in our products and services, this information is generally derived by Lead Onion from publicly available data sources.
Lead Onion are used to acquire business email addresses and other relevant business contact information on the relevant person from within these organisations.

5.1 We try to ensure that any information on our site is accurate, but we make no representations and give no warranty that any information is accurate, up to date or complete. 6.1 We have no liability for the inability of anyone to access our site or any information, material or service on it, and we do not warrant that our site will operate without interruption.
6.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any fraud on our part, or for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6.3 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of business, profit, revenue, goodwill or data, lost or wasted management time or the lost time of other employees arising from your use of our site or information on it (whether direct or indirect).

7. General
7.1 No delay, neglect or forbearance on the part of Strengthscope in enforcing any of these Conditions will be or be deemed to be a waiver or in any way prejudice any right of Strengthscope.
7.2 If any of these Conditions is, for any reason, held to be unenforceable, illegal or otherwise invalid in any way, the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision will not affect any other Condition and those Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
7.3 These Conditions are governed by English law and you agree you will only sue us in the courts of England. The place of performance of the contract will be England.
7.4 No addition to or modification of any provision of these Conditions will be binding on Strengthscope unless made in writing and signed by its duly authorised representative.
7.5 All customers shall be required, in using Strengthscope’s Materials to verify any local requirements and/or restrictions on using psychometric tests in general and the Materials in particular, in that jurisdiction, whether imposed by law, regulation or by a local regulatory or governmental body. Where any local requirements and/or restrictions exist that alter the criteria for, or prevent, use of Materials within a particular jurisdiction, it shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that it fully complies with any and all such local requirements and/or restrictions. Where any individual or entity uses Materials in a particular jurisdiction in contravention of any local requirements and/or restrictions, whether knowingly or inadvertently, such individual or entity shall be solely responsible and liable for such use and shall hold harmless and indemnify Strengthscope in respect of any loss or claim by a third party against Strengthscope arising from such. Further, in the event that a customer has failed to ensure that any Materials may be legitimately used within a particular jurisdiction and subsequently purchases Materials for use in that jurisdiction, such customer shall be liable for the costs thereof and the Strengthscope shall bear no responsibility or liability for return of such Materials or the reimbursement of any associated costs.
7.6 Restrictions of use. You shall use the website securely in accordance with the terms of the related agreement and shall not: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, or decrypt the website, (b) make any modification, adaption, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work from the website; (c) violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access or use of the website; (d) use the website to send automated queries to any website or to send any solicited commercial e-mail.
8. Orders, Payment methods, Cancellations and Refunds

8.2 The Company reserves the right to introduce a reasonable fee for the settlement of amounts due by credit card; any such fee will be disclosed on the Company’s current price list or on its Website.
8.3 Should the Client fail to pay the Company the sum due within the agreed terms of payment, in accordance with its statutory rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998, the Company reserves the right to charge debt recovery costs plus interest charges accrued daily (8% plus base rate).

About the event
(Accreditation course, debrief or any other scheduled training/consultation event arranged with a member of our Training & Integration team)
All public accreditations are full-day events from 09:30 am – 17:30 pm and take place virtually via Zoom. You can find details and book a place via our events website.
For other events, such as accrediting a number of people at your organisation, or booking workshops or debriefs, please discuss your requirements with the Strengthscope team by sending us a message here.
Booking
Strengthscope reserves the right to release any dates that have not received an acknowledgement and acceptance of their terms and conditions.
Make sure the registration information you have given is true to the best of your knowledge.
Your event date/space will be subject to transfer and cancellation terms upon acceptance of these terms.
Payment
If you book via our events website, you can pay online immediately or receive a company invoice to pay within 30 days.
If you book via the Sales team, you will receive an invoice to pay by bank transfer or via our online Stripe platform within 30 days.
Cancellation and transfer policy
The cancellation and transfer fees per delegate vary depending on the notice period before the event:

To cancel or transfer your place on an event, you must email events@strengthscope.com.
Event cancellations
Strengthscope Ltd reserves the right to cancel events up to 4 weeks before the event start date.
If the minimum number of delegates is not reached, the event may be cancelled.
In case of cancellation, registered people will be notified and provided a full refund, or the payment can be transferred to an alternative event. Strengthscope will not be liable for any travel or expenses incurred.
In-person events
If the event is held in person, delegates are responsible for planning their travel and accommodation.
